These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Store,” “Rider,” or “Partner”) and Campus Technologies, the operator of Campus Bite (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Campus Bite application (“App”) and its services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
1. Business Opportunities with Campus Bite
Campus Bite offers multiple ways for individuals and businesses to connect and grow with us. The following options outline how stores, riders, and partners can join the platform:
1.1. Store Onboarding and Registration
- Stores, restaurants, and vendors can apply to join the Campus Bite platform to showcase their products and services
- Approved stores will gain access to the App’s store management dashboard to manage menus, orders, and promotions
Requirements for Onboarding
- Valid business registration details
- Agreement to Campus Bite’s store policies and commission structure
- Stores will receive technical and marketing support to optimize their presence on the platform
1.2. Rider Enrollment Program
- Individuals can join the Campus Bite rider network by submitting a request through the App or official website
- Upon approval, riders will receive access to the Rider App, enabling them to manage orders and deliveries in real-time
Application Requirements
- Valid identification (CNIC or equivalent)
- Motorcycle license and vehicle registration
- Agreement to delivery service policies and rider code of conduct
- Riders will be provided with training, incentives, and performance-based bonuses
1.3. Partnership Opportunities for Regional Expansion
- Entrepreneurs and businesses interested in expanding Campus Bite to new regions can apply to become regional partners
- Approved partners will have the option to open new operational zones, with access to the App’s premium features and advanced management tools

- All participants must adhere to local laws and policies governing food delivery, logistics, and e-commerce
Performance Standards
- Riders, stores, and partners are expected to maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Financial Terms
- Commission rates, fees, and payouts will be communicated clearly during onboarding
Termination Clause
- Campus Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for failure to meet performance or compliance standards
3. Modifications and Updates
By joining Campus Bite as a store, rider, or partner, you agree to the following:
